These terms govern the use of the algarverent.pt website and the provision of car rental services in the Algarve.
The driver must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driving licence for at least 1 year and a valid ID. Drivers under 25 are subject to an additional 8% surcharge.
Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC). No deposit or security hold required.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a full refund. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
All vehicles include third-party and own-damage insurance. Coverage varies depending on the chosen plan (Essential or Relax).
The client undertakes to use the vehicle responsibly, comply with traffic laws and return the vehicle in the condition it was received.
This contract is governed by Portuguese law, in particular Decree-Law 67/2003 and applicable supplementary legislation.
