What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age is 18 with a valid driving licence. Drivers under 25 are subject to an additional 8% surcharge.

What documents do I need?

A valid driving licence, ID document (ID card or passport) and the payment card used for booking.

Is insurance included?

Yes! All plans include insurance. The Essential plan includes basic cover with excess. Comfort and Total plans include full cover with no excess.

Can I cancel my booking?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up. See our cancellation policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Also cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC) with 15% discount.

Is mileage unlimited?

Yes, all plans include unlimited mileage.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No! No deposit, no security hold, no card pre-authorization. All plans include insurance.

How does pick-up work?

After booking, our local partner will contact you with exact pick-up and drop-off details across the Algarve.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

Yes! BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC with automatic 15% discount at checkout.

Does the car come with fuel?

Yes, delivered with a full tank. We ask you to return it full. Electric cars are delivered at 100%.

Can I add a second driver?

Yes. Free with the Total plan. Other plans may have an additional fee.
